Conducts applied research and product development for nanomaterial-based adhesives, coatings, and thermal or electrical materials. Designs experiments, formulates and tests products, develops manufacturing processes, performs reliability and failure analysis, supports customer testing, documents findings for technical advancement and patents, and collaborates with manufacturing, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Provides technical training and mentorship while supporting partners and suppliers through travel as needed.

Develops new business within an assigned territory through prospecting, lead generation, customer relationship building, product evaluations, sales presentations, and pipeline management. The role uses Salesforce, market research, industry networks, and customer visits to identify opportunities in advanced electronics and high-tech markets. It partners with technical teams, tracks territory performance, represents the company at industry events, and develops toward future territory or strategic account management roles.

Leads customer-facing electrical engineering applications for advanced PCB and IC packaging materials. Designs, simulates, and characterizes RF, signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC test vehicles; owns RF/SI measurement capabilities using high-frequency laboratory equipment; develops IPC-aligned methods; supports customer qualification and commercialization; collaborates with fabricators and internal SMEs; provides technical training, industry representation, and mentorship.

Design and optimize inductors, transformers, and integrated magnetics for power electronics; build component libraries; run electromagnetic and system-level simulations; prototype, test, and validate components; analyze losses and thermal behavior; collaborate with cross-functional teams and produce technical documentation and test reports.

Lead a global application team to define and execute application strategy for laminate and PCB materials. Engage OEMs and partners, prioritize product and application development, drive rapid prototyping, manage an opportunity pipeline, and communicate strategy and risks to senior management while partnering with Commercial, R&D, Manufacturing and Business Development.
