Oversees data centers, cloud platforms, servers, storage, networking, budgets, vendors, and complex programs. Builds future-state operating models, develops metrics, mentors high-performing teams, and partners with executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology services.

The Lead Program Manager will oversee complex cross-functional programs, apply data analytics for improvements, and communicate updates to executive leadership while fostering collaboration and operational excellence.

Lead product strategy for the Threat Research Unit, translating threat research into a prioritized product roadmap. Drive data-driven prioritization (Salesforce, Jira, SQL), lead customer discovery, design scalable solutions, enable sales with demos and content, and communicate complex security capabilities across stakeholders.
