The Partnerships Manager will develop partnerships, drive referrals, manage the full partner cycle, and build relationships with executives.

Own account-based and multichannel demand-generation campaigns targeting high-value B2B accounts. Manage paid LinkedIn and Google campaigns, marketing-led outbound, direct mail, gifting, events, content distribution, and account-signal activation. Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales to measure campaigns, capture signals in HubSpot, improve lead quality, and generate qualified pipeline. The role requires hands-on campaign execution, experimentation, strong copywriting, and end-to-end channel ownership.

Owns B2B product launches end-to-end, including positioning, messaging, sales enablement, content, decks, one-pagers, website product pages, and upsell collateral. Tailors messaging to verticals, personas, and accounts; collaborates with revenue, content, design, web, customer success, and solutions engineering teams; and uses performance data and audience insights to improve marketing assets and conversion rates.
