Write BW queries with BEx, create BEx Analyzer workbooks, troubleshoot SAP BW/ECC data issues, and use Infoburst for report distribution. Follow data warehousing best practices.

Maintain and customize SharePoint sites and pages using heavy custom code. Extend a web portal showing interactive reports by developing JavaScript front end (EXTJS preferred), Java middleware, C# components, and T-SQL database interaction. Produce documentation and collaborate with team members.

Install, integrate, deploy, upgrade and test Genesys and Oracle applications; manage and execute release activities, source control, automation and post-release testing; coordinate acceptance testing with business reps; provide technical support and weekly deployment reports.
