Own P&L, customer relationships, program delivery, financial performance, and strategic partnerships. Build operating model, tools, governance, and a team of single-threaded leaders to enable consistent, high-quality delivery across multi-site programs.

Executive leader to build and scale a domestic UAV engine business: define 5-year strategy, assess technology and acquisition targets, manage P&L and dispersed operations, lead R&D and manufacturing decisions, mitigate supply chain risk, recruit and run a multidisciplinary team, and present progress to CEO and Board.
