Responsible for growing profitable sales by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, demonstrating electrical products, and developing customer relationships. Provides product guidance, prepares quotations, coordinates with suppliers, resolves payment issues, tracks market trends, and maintains sales records. The role requires frequent travel to customer and offsite locations, strong negotiation and communication skills, product knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM tools.

Provides quality assurance support across commercial and branch teams within an ISO-based QMS. Leads process improvement, audits, corrective and preventive actions, customer complaint resolution, supplier qualification, nonconforming material management, ISO audits, quality metric tracking, and cost-of-quality initiatives. Partners with procurement, suppliers, customers, and business leaders to improve quality, service, fulfillment, cycle time, and delivery performance. Also provides quality training and coaching.

Prepare complex lighting and electrical project quotations by reviewing bid packages, drawings, technical requirements, and approved manufacturer lists. Issue vendor RFQs, collect and tabulate pricing, negotiate supplier terms, identify substitutes, and submit complete proposals. Maintain customer and supplier relationships, support product sales, track bid feedback and margins, and mentor team members on product knowledge and processes.

Efficiently retrieve, measure, cut, inspect, stage, and ship wire and cable orders using wire-cutting machinery and material handling equipment. The role requires safe equipment operation, accurate order fulfillment, merchandise organization, machine checks, defect identification, and adherence to productivity, safety, and environmental standards. Employees may support other warehouse functions, work overtime as needed, and occasionally travel to offsite locations.

Supervises assembly production operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, quality, safety, workflow, and shipment processes. Coordinates with engineering, planning, shipping, HR, quality, and supply chain teams to meet production targets and customer deadlines. Troubleshoots equipment and personnel issues, supports new product transitions, maintains documentation, and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Manage medium-to-high complexity projects for the Assembly Solutions Group: coordinate customers, sales, vendors, and internal teams; maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and quality records; support process design, continuous improvement, pricing/order coordination, and cross-functional communication to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Lead a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians to ensure product launches, process qualification, and production readiness. Oversee CAD/data governance, equipment selection, test development, ECO/ECN control, root-cause analysis and CAPA, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma. Manage BOMs, routings, facility layout, KPIs, audits, and supplier/stakeholder relationships to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.

Prepare project quotations for low-to-moderate complexity switchgear projects by reviewing bid packages, issuing RFQs to vendors, compiling bid tabulations, negotiating supplier pricing, and submitting final proposals with required documentation while collaborating with sales, customers, and vendors.

Proactively sell and support customers by processing orders and quotes, managing a defined account base, prospecting for new business, using digital sales tools, resolving issues, and maintaining product knowledge through training and vendor resources.

Sell and promote electrical and related products to new and existing customers, build and maintain customer relationships, generate sales volume, provide product selection/application support, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, use digital tools/CRM and ERP for quoting and tracking, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
