Sell and promote electrical and related products to new and existing customers, build and maintain customer relationships, generate sales volume, provide product selection/application support, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, use digital tools/CRM and ERP for quoting and tracking, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Lead manufacturing engineering for new product design and production scale-up. Coordinate sales, operations, and suppliers to produce BOMs, CAD files, test equipment, process validation, and capital projects. Drive continuous improvement for safety, quality, cost, and production schedules while supporting customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Proactively sell and support customers by processing orders and quotes, managing a defined account base, prospecting for new business, using digital sales tools, resolving issues, and maintaining product knowledge through training and vendor resources.

Lead supplier and internal quality initiatives within an ISO-based QMS. Drive process consistency, audits, corrective actions, supplier qualifications, and continuous improvement to reduce defects, shorten cycle time, and improve delivery and customer satisfaction. Support customer responses, cost-of-quality reductions, and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement and Sales.
