Own the SMB growth revenue engine by responding to inbound leads within five minutes, reactivating dormant accounts, booking qualified meetings, and closing lower-value deals. Supports venture capital and strategic service provider partnerships across relationship management, research, negotiations, onboarding, referral tracking, reporting, and process improvement. The role prepares partner materials, monitors pipeline and performance, maintains CRM and partnership systems, coordinates launches and events, and ensures follow-ups are completed.
