Teams at Rightway

Leads and coaches an infrastructure engineering team while owning AWS, EKS, Terraform, Helm, GitOps, CI/CD, managed data services, security controls, observability, backups, disaster recovery, and on-call operations. The role manages the infrastructure backlog, partners with cross-functional leaders, writes and reviews infrastructure code, supports compliance reviews, and establishes AI-assisted engineering practices.

Own and extend Rightway’s commercial systems, especially Salesforce, by building Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, automations, and AI-powered tools. Improve commercial data quality, connect systems to the central data warehouse, and deliver solutions for sales and client success teams. The role is the first dedicated commercial systems engineer, with potential to mentor and manage future team members.

Build and maintain scalable dbt-based data models and analytics-ready datasets for pharmacy benefit management and care navigation. Translate healthcare workflows into auditable data products, implement data quality testing and reconciliation, optimize warehouse performance, and establish documentation, lineage, governance, CI/CD, and observability practices. Collaborate with technical and business teams to support reporting, financial analysis, self-service BI, and future AI-enabled analytics capabilities.
