Leads RingCentral’s web strategy, digital properties, buyer journey, conversion optimization, e-commerce, and product-led growth programs. Owns website performance, P&L, analytics, attribution, pipeline impact, and revenue growth. Directs CRO, self-service purchase and onboarding experiences, project governance, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration. Builds and develops a high-performing team of web strategists, designers, developers, analysts, and project managers.

Supports corporate and securities legal matters for a public company, including SEC filings, proxy statements, Section 16 reporting, board and committee governance, equity administration, subsidiary records, stockholder matters, disclosure processes, and corporate transactions. Coordinates with attorneys, outside counsel, Finance, HR, Investor Relations, Stock Administration, regulators, and service providers while maintaining calendars, records, and confidential information.

Owns end-to-end delivery of HCM implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, data migration, cutovers, and process improvements. Coordinates HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, vendors, and implementation partners while managing scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies. Leads status reporting, requirements gathering, change management, training, communications, go-live, hypercare, and roadmap improvements. This senior individual contributor role requires hands-on HCM implementation and cross-functional program leadership experience.

Own and optimize RingCentral’s outbound pipeline generation engine and inbound lead funnel. Build automated workflows, integrations, routing systems, account scoring models, campaigns, reporting infrastructure, and sales plays using the GTM technology stack. Partner across sales, marketing, and operations to improve conversion rates, pipeline contribution, rep efficiency, and tooling ROI. The role requires experimentation, analytics, CRM architecture, financial modeling, and four days per week in the Denver office.

Lead portfolio strategy and enterprise transformation for an AI-native SaaS platform. Partner with executive leadership to prioritize investments, build financial models and business cases, design monetization/pricing and bundling, run cross-functional tiger teams, and establish portfolio KPIs to drive measurable P&L impact and multi-product scale.

Design, prototype, and deliver enterprise AI solutions (RAG, LLMs, agents). Architect data flows and integrations, evaluate third-party models, build production features, establish telemetry and evaluation, partner with stakeholders, maintain AI roadmap, and evangelize AI adoption across business units.

Provides practical legal advice on domestic and international employment matters, including employee relations, compliance, investigations, accommodations, wage and hour issues, terminations, agreements, policies, claims, audits, litigation, and immigration initiatives. Partners with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to manage risk and support business growth.

Provides privacy legal counsel to engineering and product teams developing global AI-powered communications and contact center products. Leads privacy and data protection impact assessments, advises on global privacy, AI, security, and HIPAA requirements, supports incident response and processing records, maintains customer-facing trust materials, and monitors legal developments. Requires collaboration across privacy, product, engineering, information security, and regulatory teams.
