Lead and scale RingCentral's AI and systems integrator partner ecosystem end-to-end: executive relations, alliance strategy, GTM and offer strategy, partner marketplaces, field enablement, pipeline governance, cross-functional interlock, co-sell, and joint customer success while managing the AI & SI Alliances team.

Design, prototype, and deliver enterprise AI solutions (RAG, LLMs, agents). Architect data flows and integrations, evaluate third-party models, build production features, establish telemetry and evaluation, partner with stakeholders, maintain AI roadmap, and evangelize AI adoption across business units.

Lead requirements, design, implementation, and support of finance enterprise applications (NetSuite, Concur, BlackLine). Partner with business and IT to deliver integrations, configure systems, manage upgrades, oversee data migrations, front-line finance support, reporting, and SOX-related activities while optimizing finance processes and leveraging automation/AI.
