Translate social metrics and internet culture into actionable strategies while maintaining Robinhood’s brand voice and complying with strict financial regulations.

Support Robinhood’s Offensive Security team by testing AI services, models, pipelines, cloud and Kubernetes environments, macOS systems, and smart contracts. The intern will identify and exploit vulnerabilities, build security infrastructure and tooling, and contribute to the maturity of the company’s offensive security program. The role requires in-person attendance at least three days per week in Bellevue or Menlo Park.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for sports prediction-market products. Partner with engineering, design, compliance, legal, executives, and users to define compliant consumer features, present live sports data, plan launches around major sporting events, support liquidity and reliability, and improve engagement through research and feedback.

Finance and Strategy Intern supporting Robinhood’s Futures and Prediction Markets businesses. The intern will analyze financial data, build P&L, unit economics, and cash flow models, create dashboards and executive presentations, track revenue targets, evaluate products, and identify trends and recommendations. The role partners with product, engineering, legal, partnerships, and accounting teams to improve financial processes and support strategic decision-making.

Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for capital markets products including IPO access, private company investments, and alternative investments. Lead 0-to-1 launches, translate regulatory and operational requirements into customer experiences, manage external partners, and use research, experimentation, and analytics to guide product decisions. The role is based in Menlo Park or New York with in-person attendance at least three days weekly.
