Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers on high-impact launches, evolve an AI-ready design system, advocate for design excellence, and mentor through critiques and shared best practices.

Lead content design for a high-visibility financial product from early concept through national launch. Create UI content, terminology, content patterns, and scalable systems while partnering with product, design, engineering, legal, research, data science, marketing, and executives. Present strategic decisions, mentor the content and design community, use AI tools to accelerate iteration, and shape product direction under tight timelines.

Lead Robinhood’s corporate development activities, including sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing acquisitions and strategic investments. Develop business cases, conduct valuation and due diligence, manage deal execution and post-close integration, and present recommendations to senior leadership and the Board. Build relationships with founders, investors, and bankers while partnering with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to execute transactions and establish scalable corporate development processes.

Build and operate enterprise AI infrastructure, including LLM integrations, automation, observability, deployment pipelines, agentic workflows, vector databases, and RAG systems. Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize reliability, performance, token usage, and costs, and develop scalable self-service tooling. Partner with engineering, product, business systems, and AI strategy teams to improve internal AI capabilities.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across technology and general management organizations. Develops talent strategies, organizational designs, workforce plans, performance and succession programs, and change initiatives. Coaches leaders, supports organizational effectiveness, uses people data to guide decisions, and builds AI-powered tools to improve People processes.

Support Robinhood’s crypto risk management program by conducting technical, product, and operational risk assessments; analyzing incidents and losses; managing issues and remediation; refreshing RCSAs and business impact analyses; developing KRIs; and preparing governance and board reporting. Partner with engineering, product, compliance, crypto operations, and enterprise risk teams to translate technical risks into actionable insights and strengthen operational resilience.

Lead architecture and delivery of scalable AI infrastructure, including model serving, feature stores, training systems, and ML observability. Partner with ML, data, and AI teams to improve workflows and reliability. Manage AWS CPU/GPU resources, establish monitoring standards, shape technical strategy, and mentor engineers. The role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, production ML workflows, search systems, vector databases, and modern ML infrastructure tooling.

Provides legal support for corporate matters including M&A, strategic transactions, SEC reporting, governance, capital markets, subsidiary management, investor relations, treasury, tax, and executive compensation. Drafts filings, board materials, resolutions, and meeting minutes while supporting shareholder processes and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Lead the observability platform strategy and roadmap, owning telemetry ingestion, control-plane architecture, cost management, and signal routing. Manage a six-person engineering team while building scalable metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting systems. Establish SLOs supporting at least 99.9% uptime, partner on incident response and dependency mapping, and integrate AI-driven approaches into full-stack observability across Robinhood.

Build and operate a scalable AI security platform, including infrastructure, APIs, SDKs, distributed systems, and security primitives. Design identity, authentication, authorization, encryption, data protection, and AI-agent safety controls. Partner with security and engineering teams to create reusable platform capabilities, improve reliability and developer experience, and shape the architecture of Robinhood’s AI Security platform.

Own payroll tax configuration, processing, reporting, reconciliations, filings, and compliance across U.S., Canadian, and international entities. Manage Workday tax setups, resolve historical discrepancies, oversee quarter-end and year-end activities, support audits, handle agency notices, and coordinate with external providers and Finance, Accounting, Tax, Engineering, and People teams.

Lead web engineering for options trading experiences across Robinhood.com and Legend. Design, build, test, and launch React and TypeScript features; diagnose performance and data issues; establish technical direction for performance and observability; own projects end to end; mentor engineers; and collaborate with product, design, and mobile teams.

Own the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end customer experience for Robinhood’s money movement products, including funding, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Lead zero-to-one launches across mobile and web, improve conversion and transaction success through research and analytics, and partner with design, engineering, compliance, legal, fraud, operations, and external vendors to deliver polished, compliant experiences.

Support Robinhood Gold growth by designing experiments, analyzing customer behavior, improving targeting and retention, and evaluating offers and campaigns. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance to guide product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and measure business impact. Use SQL, Python, modeling, and data visualization to generate actionable insights for the subscription business.

Own cross-functional engineering programs from kickoff through launch, managing plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and executive updates. Coordinate product, design, customer experience, operations, and engineering teams; identify blockers and drive resolution with minimal oversight. Help develop the Brokerage TPM team’s processes, including AI-enabled planning, dependency management, risk detection, launch readiness, and reporting.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and full customer funnel for Robinhood’s Advisor Marketplace. Drive matching, scheduling, onboarding, and funded-account growth while balancing investor and advisor needs. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk to deliver regulated marketplace products, integrations, experiments, and AI-enabled experiences.

Leads IT financial compliance and SOX activities, including infrastructure and application control design, IT general controls testing, change management, access governance, data pipeline controls, audit readiness, and remediation. Partners with engineering, security, finance, data, and external auditors to assess systems, document controls, address gaps, and automate evidence collection across cloud infrastructure and financial reporting environments.

Lead valuation analyses for private company investments, minority equity stakes, and other illiquid instruments. Build complex financial models, perform quarterly and event-driven valuations, prepare valuation memos, support financial reporting and SEC disclosures, and partner with auditors, committees, Corporate Development, Legal, and Investor Relations. Maintain SOX controls, improve valuation processes, and advise on complex investment structures and accounting implications.
