Build and lead Rogo’s customer marketing function, including customer advocacy, references, case studies, testimonials, advisory boards, and executive programs. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Communications, and leadership to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and pipeline. Navigate confidentiality, compliance, and executive approvals while translating complex AI workflows and customer outcomes into compelling proof and measurable marketing programs.

Own full-cycle recruiting for sales leaders and enterprise Account Executives across the U.S. Partner with GTM leaders on hiring strategy, build passive candidate pipelines, assess and close talent, and improve sourcing and interview practices. Help establish Rogo’s San Francisco office, strengthen its local talent network, and use Ashby and pipeline data to guide hiring decisions and process improvements.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Rogo’s San Francisco engineering organization. Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring needs, source and engage passive candidates, manage technical searches, improve interview processes, advise on hiring decisions, close competitive candidates, and strengthen the company’s engineering presence. The role also uses recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes and manages agency relationships when needed.
