The Role

Rogo is generative AI for financial services - and hiring exceptional sales talent is critical to our growth.

We’re hiring a GTM Recruiter to own strategic searches for sales leaders and Account Executives across our global GTM organization. As part of our founding San Francisco team, you’ll help stand up the office and partner directly with the leaders based there to build their teams and establish Rogo’s presence in the market.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll advise leaders on hiring decisions, build pipelines in competitive markets, and run searches from initial outreach through offer acceptance. There’s no rigid playbook - you’ll have the autonomy to build what works and the accountability to deliver.

What You Will Own

Own strategic sales searches

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for sales leadership and AE roles across the U.S.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and interview plans

  • Drive searches with urgency, rigor, and a high bar for talent

Build our San Francisco team

  • Work closely with SF-based leaders to translate their growth plans into exceptional hires

  • Help stand up the office and shape the culture and candidate experience as a founding team member

  • Build local talent networks and strengthen Rogo’s visibility in the SF market

Build relationships with exceptional talent

  • Map target markets and develop pipelines of high-performing sales leaders and AEs

  • Engage passive candidates through thoughtful, compelling outreach

  • Build long-term relationships with talent ahead of hiring needs

Advise GTM leadership

  • Translate growth plans into clear hiring priorities and search strategies

  • Bring market insights and pipeline data to decisions on talent, compensation, and search direction

  • Challenge assumptions and sharpen hiring decisions with evidence and sound judgment

Own assessment and closing

  • Assess candidates’ track records, sales experience, and fit for Rogo’s stage

  • Equip interviewers to evaluate consistently and drive clear, timely decisions

  • Own offer strategy and closing, partnering with leadership to land competitive candidates

Raise the bar for how we hire

  • Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience from first conversation through close

  • Use Ashby and pipeline data to surface gaps, remove bottlenecks, and improve results

  • Build repeatable sourcing, assessment, and closing practices as we scale

What You Will Need
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring sales leaders and enterprise AEs

  • Experience recruiting for high-growth technology companies in competitive talent markets

  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage and close exceptional passive candidates

  • Credibility with senior leaders and the judgment to influence hiring decisions

  • Commercial fluency - you understand sales motions, segments, territories, and what distinguishes top performers

  • High ownership and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous searches

  • Clear, compelling communication and strong relationship-building skills

  • A disciplined, data-informed approach to managing multiple searches

  • Excitement about building an office and team from the ground up

Who You Are
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.

  • You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.

  • You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.

  • You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

  • You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.

Why Join Rogo?
  • Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.

  • Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.

  • A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.

  • Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.

  • Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
