Own and scale Rox’s demand generation engine to drive inbound pipeline growth. Lead paid media, digital acquisition, account-based campaigns, funnel optimization, experimentation, attribution, and conversion strategy. Partner with sales, RevOps, brand, content, social, and field marketing to engage enterprise buyers and generate measurable pipeline. Manage budgets, agencies, reporting, and marketing infrastructure while building a scalable growth function.

Own B2B product marketing across launches, positioning, messaging, demos, technical content, sales enablement, and customer storytelling. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Design to translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions, support adoption, gather market insight, and improve product priorities. The role requires strong writing, technical curiosity, hands-on execution, customer engagement, and familiarity with AI tools.

Lead all product design at Rox, combining hands-on product design with management and team scaling. Own the design quality bar, design system, and design-first culture across products. Partner closely with applied AI engineers, growth strategists, forward-deployed engineers, and operators while designing AI or agent products. Stabilize and grow the existing team, establish effective ways of working, and make key design hires during the first year.
