Design and implement evaluations for AI agents across voice, vision, and browser use. Build benchmarks, simulations, and scoring systems for customer-specific scenarios, then use evaluation findings to improve agent behavior, context, and underlying models.

Own customer deployments from technical scoping through implementation. Build deployment tooling, replay and evaluation systems, configurations, and customer-stack integrations. Collaborate with agent engineers by reproducing issues and proposing fixes, join customer calls, lead technical discussions, and turn deployment learnings into reusable playbooks.

Lead end-to-end customer deployments of Sable's AI product: scope projects, build and tune conversational journeys, own customer relationships and ROI, collaborate with engineering to prioritize and ship fixes, and create scalable deployment playbooks.

Build and improve a realtime multimodal agent (Aidan) across voice, vision, browser interaction, and a self-improving context graph. Improve runtime latency, perception, skills extraction from demos, action planning for live browser use, and automated improvement pipelines that learn from suboptimal actions.

Own full-cycle sales for mid-market accounts ($80k–$120k ACV): discovery, live demo with the product, POC scoping with engineers, negotiation, and closing. Improve and execute the documented playbook, win self-sourced pipeline, and help build the sales processes and team.

Build and own the end-to-end platform that runs realtime AI-human sessions: provisioning, streaming performance, cost per session, security/isolation, reliability, and observability. Provide self-service tooling for engineers and deployment teams, implement SLOs and incident response, and scale browser-based sessions while enforcing enterprise data-handling standards.

Lead product frontend and brand design as Sable's first designer: define visual identity, prototype in code, collaborate tightly with engineers, iterate rapidly on live user experiences, and drive designs to production across the AI employee platform and customer-facing call interface.
