Sable built Aidan, the first AI employee who can lead customer calls using realtime voice, vision, and browser use. Aidan runs a live, two-way conversation inside a real product environment, clicking through the product like a human, watching the user's screen, and adapting the journey on the fly. Every conversation feeds a self-improving context graph we call the Brain, so Aidan gets smarter with each call.
You own a customer end to end from the engineering side. You join calls with customers, watch where Aidan could improve inside their product, and find the technical breakthroughs: sometimes in the customer's configuration, sometimes in the tooling, and sometimes in the agent itself. You work in a pair with a Deployment Strategist who owns the customer's context and journeys; you own everything that needs code. When the fix belongs in the core agent, you bring the agent team a reproduced case and a proposed change, not a vague report.

Coordinate development with the agent team.
Turn what you learn on each account into playbooks so the next deployment needs less of you
Strong software engineer, comfortable across backend, browser automation, and LLM-based systems
You like working directly with customers and leading technical discussions when necessary
You have shipped at a startup or as a founder, or have been in a forward deployed or solutions role
Bonus: hands-on agent, prompt, or evaluation work; experience with voice or realtime systems
