About Sable

Sable built Aidan, the first AI employee who can lead customer calls using realtime voice, vision, and browser use. Aidan runs a live, two-way conversation inside a real product environment, clicking through the product like a human, watching the user's screen, and adapting the journey on the fly. Every conversation feeds a self-improving context graph we call the Brain, so Aidan gets smarter with each call.

The role

You own Sable's deployments. The moment a customer signs, the outcome is yours: you scope the deployment with their team, build the journeys, get Aidan performing, and take it live. Every deployment you lead successfully grows the account and makes the next customer easier to win. You're the person the customer's leadership deals with directly, and the person Sable's engineers build with. You decide what a deployment should look like, then drive the work to make it real.

What you'll do
  • Own deployments end to end, from first scoping call to fully live

  • Build the journeys, tune Aidan's behavior, find where he falls short, and ship the fix that week

  • Hold the customer relationship: lead the calls, make commitments to their leadership, own the ROI case

  • Work directly with engineering to turn customer feedback into what gets built — spec it, prioritize it, and close the loop with the customer when it ships

  • Turn each deployment into playbook and process — how Sable deploys at scale gets decided by what you do now

Who you are
  • Strong generalist who is equally energized by cracking a customer's problem and by shipping the fixes that solve it

  • Fast learner, as obsessed with personal improvement as with systems improvement. If you see something broken, you fix it before asking if it should be fixed

  • Customer-obsessed: you know their product, their metrics, and their priorities better than they expect you to, and their problem stays yours until it's solved

  • Thrive in ambiguity: you will be responsible for defining the need and scoping the code to solve it. Sable's founding team will be there to guide you, but customer outcomes will be yours to own

  • Bonus points for forward-deployed or customer-facing experience, or hands-on agent and prompt engineering work
