Serve as the operational backbone for the Strategic Growth Department: own and administer the Growth CRM, build reporting and dashboards, analyze recruiting and growth metrics, prepare executive presentations, manage onboarding and performance scorecards, drive process improvements, coordinate meetings and travel, and support leadership with actionable insights to scale recruiting and market expansion.

Responsible for managing transaction workflows, ensuring compliance, processing commissions, and providing support to agents in the real estate sector.

The Strategic Growth Partner drives recruitment efforts, engages with potential real estate agents, schedules meetings, and manages CRM activities to support growth strategies.
