About the Role

The Senior Strategic Growth Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for accelerating the growth of SERHANT. through the recruitment and conversion of high-performing real estate professionals and teams. This role serves as a strategic advisor to brokerage leadership, developing market-specific recruiting strategies, cultivating executive-level relationships, and driving initiatives that strengthen SERHANT.'s market presence.

Beyond recruiting, this role influences recruiting strategy, mentors junior members of the Strategic Growth team, identifies expansion opportunities, and leverages market intelligence to attract top talent. Success in this role requires exceptional relationship-building, business development expertise, executive presence, and a proven ability to consistently exceed ambitious growth goals.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Recruiting & Business Development
    • Develop and execute recruiting strategies that drive sustained market growth.
    • Identify, engage, and recruit top-producing agents, luxury specialists, and high-performing teams.
    • Build and maintain an executive-level pipeline of prospective recruits across assigned markets.
    • Create personalized recruiting strategies tailored to individual agents' businesses and long-term goals.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruiting process from initial outreach through successful onboarding.
  • Market Leadership
    • Analyze local market trends, brokerage movement, and competitive intelligence to identify recruiting opportunities.
    • Recommend market expansion strategies based on recruiting data and industry insights.
    • Partner with brokerage leadership to prioritize recruiting efforts aligned with company growth objectives.
    • Represent SERHANT. as a brand ambassador within the real estate community.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build lasting relationships with influential agents, team leaders, brokers, and industry partners.
    • Maintain regular communication with prospective recruits through long-term relationship nurturing.
    • Develop referral networks that consistently generate high-quality recruiting opportunities.
  • Leadership & Mentorship
    • Mentor and coach Strategic Growth Managers on recruiting best practices, relationship management, and negotiation techniques.
    • Share recruiting insights, market trends, and successful strategies across the team.
    • Support onboarding and development of new recruiting team members.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
    • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and Learning & Development to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience.
    • Partner with Marketing to develop recruiting campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
    • Provide recruiting forecasts, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence to executive leadership.
  • Recruiting Operations
    • Maintain accurate recruiting pipeline metrics and forecasting.
    • Utilize CRM and recruiting technology to manage candidate relationships and measure recruiting effectiveness.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable licensing requirements, company policies, and recruiting processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of recruiting, real estate business development, sales leadership, or brokerage growth experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding recruiting or sales goals.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting top-producing real estate agents or teams.
  • Strong knowledge of residential real estate markets and brokerage operations.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching team members.
  • Exceptional negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience utilizing ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics to inform strategy.
  • Existing network of high-performing agents and brokerage leaders.
  • Luxury real estate experience.
  • Experience leading recruiting initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Familiarity with recruiting analytics and market intelligence tools.
Skills

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $125,000.00 USD. This role is eligible to earn additional compensation through a commission-based incentive plan.

Benefits

Eligible employees may receive medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off and paid holidays; retirement benefits; and other company-sponsored benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and plan terms.

Your Location

This position is hybrid eligible for candidates based on the West Coast, USA. The role may include occasional work at additional SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Candidates must live within the United States.
