Lead a team of engineers in designing and building innovative battery materials and testing equipment, ensuring project success and team development.

Design, execute, and analyze pouch full-cell experiments across slurry, coating, electrolyte, and cell integration. Perform failure analysis, apply data/statistical methods and modeling, develop new test techniques, communicate results to stakeholders, and support customer-facing data packages while collaborating cross-functionally to commercialize next-generation lithium-ion batteries.
