Coordinates multidisciplinary input, sustainability reporting, client and contractor meetings, site reviews, and project budgets and schedules. Supervises, mentors, and trains team members while advancing technical standards, sustainable strategies, and firm processes.

Leads portions of architecture projects under periodic supervision, producing and coordinating drawings, diagrams, 3D models, renderings, physical models, animations, and contract deliverables. Collaborates with consultants, clients, and interdisciplinary teams; develops conceptual and technical design solutions; manages workloads and deadlines; mentors staff; supports sustainable strategies, professional development, standards, and risk management.

Leads architectural project teams and multiple projects from design through delivery, managing client relationships, contracts, schedules, budgets, scope, financial performance, risk, compliance, and project records. Collaborates with firm leadership, accountants, consultants, and legal teams; supports business development and marketing; supervises and mentors staff; and advances sustainable design strategies and operational standards.
