Lead and manage end-to-end U.S. and international payroll, compliance, and benefits operations. Own payroll processing in Rippling, coordinate with global payroll/EOR providers, handle payroll accounting and reconciliations, ensure multi-jurisdictional tax and regulatory compliance, administer benefits and retirement plan activities, and support audits and process improvements to scale payroll operations.

Lead design and ownership of end-to-end quality systems for Snorkel's Data-as-a-Service. Establish standards, metrics, governance, and automation to measure and scale contributor, datapoint, and dataset quality. Partner cross-functionally to operationalize quality, then build and grow the Quality team while representing Snorkel externally.

Lead a team in developing data-centric AI systems, bridging research and product, and ensuring operational excellence in AI projects.
