Build Sol’s talent acquisition function from the ground up, including recruiting processes, systems, employer brand, candidate experience, and metrics. Lead full-cycle recruiting primarily for engineering, AI, and product roles while supporting go-to-market and operations hiring. Source passive technical talent, coach hiring managers, improve interview quality, manage agencies, and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets.
