Operate and maintain CNC and manual mills and lathes to machine parts from prints and CAD; program and run CAM/CNC jobs; hold tight tolerances and document inspections; produce quick-turn prototypes and repairs; design and build fixtures; collaborate with engineers on manufacturability; manage shop upkeep, tooling inventory, and safety.

The Head of Government Relations will develop and execute Solcoa's federal strategy, build relationships with key policymakers, pursue government financing, and influence trade policy to support the company’s critical minerals initiatives.
