Own Sprig’s core survey product, including survey creation, advanced logic, distribution, permissions, integrations, and team management. Set product direction through customer research, usage data, and competitive insight; prioritize roadmap initiatives; and lead cross-functional execution from discovery through launch. Partner with enterprise customers, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver intuitive workflows, improve adoption, support expansion, and strengthen retention. Evaluate AI opportunities and make tradeoffs under technical constraints.

Own integrated B2B SaaS marketing programs across events, content, campaigns, and thought leadership to generate enterprise pipeline. Lead messaging, positioning, product launches, sales enablement, attribution, and budget management. Manage and develop marketing team members and research partners while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product. The role is hybrid in San Francisco with travel up to 10%.

Own and modernize the build-and-test platform for a large TypeScript, React, and Go monorepo. Lead Bazel modernization, improve incremental builds, caching, test parallelism, observability, and CI speed and reliability. Build hermetic, reproducible, sandboxed environments and ephemeral branch-based stacks. Own testing across unit, integration, browser, and visual layers, including flake detection, quarantine, merge signals, and agent-ready development workflows.
