As a Customer Success Engineer, you'll support customers in deploying and integrating Sprig, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance platform adoption.

The role involves building and maintaining scalable backend systems for AI-driven insights, developing data processing pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product features.

Build and maintain large-scale backend systems and AI inference pipelines to transform user feedback into product insights. Develop backend APIs, own end-to-end features, improve observability and testing, and integrate AI workflows while collaborating with product and engineering teams in a hybrid San Francisco role.
