Leads product design strategy for a complex business decision simulator. Responsibilities include customer research, interaction and visual design, evidence visualization, design systems, experimentation workflows, accessibility, prototyping, design hiring, and functional planning. The role works closely with founders, engineering, and research to make uncertainty and analytical methods understandable to customers. It is an exploratory, unfunded leadership opportunity currently offering equity only, with no guaranteed start date or cash salary.

Build and lead the applied science function for a market simulation product. Own scientific scoping, experimental design, interpretation standards, reproducible analysis, customer studies, and evidence quality. Partner with founders and deployment leaders to translate executive questions into defensible experiments and decision-ready insights. Establish research protocols, validation standards, engagement criteria, hiring plans, and spending priorities while remaining hands-on with quantitative research and customer delivery.

Build and lead the enterprise sales function for a technical business-decision simulation product. Personally source and close early six-figure enterprise contracts, develop paid pilots and proposals, establish forecasting and sales-to-delivery processes, hire sellers, and define staffing and spending priorities with the founders. The role is exploratory, currently equity-only, unfunded for cash compensation, and based in person in New York City or San Francisco.
