Manage payroll providers, reconcile payroll to the general ledger, support monthly close, and build scalable policies, controls, and documentation. Implement measured AI and automation while establishing the payroll function in-house.

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidations; maintain the general ledger and accounting policies; lead first-year audit and IPO-readiness controls; design systems and AI-enabled automation; document technical accounting positions; partner with FP&A, People, Legal, and business teams; build the accounting function and processes for scale.

Lead Suno's customer support end-to-end: set SLAs, manage support P&L, design multi-channel support experiences, build data-driven processes, and manage a team of 6–8. Partner cross-functionally to turn support signals into product and policy improvements while scaling AI-assisted tooling and channels.
