The Business Development Lead will drive go-to-market success, build relationships with enterprise buyers, manage a strategic ecosystem, and support growth initiatives in the AI infrastructure space.

Early-stage Account Executive to build commercial motion, own full sales cycle, close enterprise customers in the AI ecosystem, refine ICP and GTM, and provide product feedback while working with founders in the Bay Area.

Onboard and support customers deploying IoT devices, troubleshoot cellular and network connectivity issues, analyze packets, train users on platform and APIs, configure account features, monitor network health, and resolve escalations. The role also contributes to technical documentation, internal tools, customer reviews, and back-office customer success projects while supporting French-speaking customers.
