Description

We are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Account Executive to help build our early commercial motion and convert market interest into repeatable revenue.

This is an early-stage sales role: you will work closely with the founders and take ownership of qualified opportunities, acting as a hands-on seller who can run deals independently while helping sharpen the playbook, process, and messaging that will support future scale.

You will work directly with the founders and product leadership to translate the company’s AI infrastructure and agent-reliability platform into a repeatable sales motion — helping define the ideal customer profile, messaging, sales process, and early customer feedback loop, while personally driving pipeline and closing initial customers across the AI ecosystem.

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area / Silicon Valley and is designed for someone who is already connected to the local enterprise technology ecosystem and is excited to help build commercial traction at an early-stage company.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for qualified opportunities — prospecting, discovery, technical evaluation, negotiation, and close.
  • Drive GTM success by identifying and closing prospective enterprise customers and design partners that can accelerate the company’s commercial traction.
  • Build and deepen relationships with decision-makers across AI infrastructure, platform, engineering, and innovation organizations in the U.S. market.
  • Work closely with founders and product teams to turn market and customer feedback into actionable product and GTM insights.
  • Help refine the company’s ICP, messaging, qualification approach, and early sales process based on real customer conversations.
  • Establish pipeline visibility and execution discipline by maintaining strong CRM hygiene and using modern sales intelligence tools.
  • Represent the company externally at industry events, executive meetings, and high-value 1:1 conversations across the Valley and broader U.S. market.
  • Support the groundwork for future sales scale by documenting learnings, objections, and repeatable patterns from early deals.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account executive roles, ideally in AI infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, data infrastructure, MLOps, security infrastructure, or adjacent technical domains.
  • Direct experience working with enterprise technology buyers and highly technical stakeholders.
  • Track record of personally closing customers in a direct sales capacity.
  • Strong familiarity with technical products and the ability to build credibility with engineering, infrastructure, and platform teams.
  • Ability to operate in an early-stage environment with high ownership, fast iteration, and limited structure.
  • Strong communication skills, commercial judgment, and follow-through.
  • Fluent English speaker and writer with polished communication skills.
  • Experience using modern CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Team player with high energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong bias toward execution.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area / Silicon Valley.

Advantages

  • Prior experience as an early sales hire or Account Executive at a successful AI infrastructure, cloud, data, or developer-first startup.
  • Strong personal network across founders, GTM leaders, platform teams, and enterprise innovation leaders in the Bay Area.
  • Experience selling to CTOs, VP Engineering, VP Platform, infrastructure teams, or other highly technical buyers.
  • Experience working closely with founders on early-stage go-to-market motion.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. enterprise technology market and how technical buying decisions are made.

We offer a base salary range of $140,000-$170,000 (USD), seniority, and location within the U.S., along with an equity package and a comprehensive benefits plan.
