Analyze marketing performance and ROI across markets, identify expansion opportunities, evaluate market saturation and competition, and support investment decisions. The role requires advanced SQL, funnel analysis, dashboard development, multi-source data integration, statistical reasoning, and clear communication of recommendations to marketing and leadership. The analyst will also use AI tools such as Claude and partner with data engineering to improve data quality and decision support.

Own client marketing analytics and decision support, using SQL, experimentation, CRM, email, SMS, NPS, and dashboards to improve client engagement and retention. Analyze lifecycle performance, evaluate communication and review-generation strategies, identify disengagement risks, and translate findings into recommendations for marketing stakeholders. Partner with data engineering to improve data quality and use AI tools to accelerate analysis.

Own the firm's client experience function, including escalation management, NPS, detractor recovery, closing surveys, and client feedback programs. Establish service standards, workflows, tiering, routing, and accountability across the case lifecycle. Partner with attorneys, compliance, technology, analytics, and training teams to improve client outcomes. Monitor escalation volume, SLA adherence, resolution rates, and client experience health while building scalable infrastructure and playbooks.
