Own and govern the organization’s central Knowledge Center, including information architecture, taxonomy, version control, audits, and content updates. Create and standardize job aids, SOPs, FAQs, process maps, and policy summaries. Triage documentation requests, coordinate with subject matter experts and learning teams, communicate process changes, identify knowledge gaps, and ensure resources are accurate, accessible, compliant, and actionable.

Designs and delivers onboarding and ongoing training for case managers, paralegals, pre-litigation attorneys, and attorneys. Builds role-specific curricula, assessments, certifications, job aids, and quick-reference materials; partners with legal subject-matter experts; supports case teams when needed; and measures ramp time, quality, case velocity, compliance, and training effectiveness in a fast-changing remote environment.

Lead the firm’s analytics strategy, roadmap, and growing analyst team. Partner with executives and law firm operations leaders to define KPIs, evaluate performance, identify bottlenecks, build forecasting and predictive capabilities, and translate data into business actions. Guide SQL, Python/R, statistical modeling, visualization, data quality, and analytics infrastructure standards while partnering with technology and data engineering teams to embed insights into operational workflows.
