Serves as strategic integrator for the Chief Content Officer, translating company strategy into operating systems, planning frameworks, governance, and execution. Oversees strategic projects, cross-functional alignment, performance tracking, resource allocation, employee engagement, internal communications, and leadership meetings. Builds organizational clarity, accountability, and adaptability while representing the Content organization across the company.

Own product strategy and roadmap for high-priority Coursera and Udemy platform areas, including AI-powered content creation experiences. Lead products from ideation through launch, partner with Engineering, Design, and Data, use customer insights and metrics to guide decisions, and deliver scalable learner and creator experiences. Mentor product peers and contribute to product organization excellence.

The Chief of Staff supports the Enterprise GM by driving multi-year strategy, cross-functional alignment, resource allocation, operating-model design, governance, and organizational transformation. The role provides executive-level counsel, synthesizes insights across business areas, coordinates strategic initiatives, improves collaboration and operational excellence, and addresses systemic organizational challenges.
