The Planner I is responsible for production scheduling, material coordination, and production planning to meet customer requirements. They manage work orders, troubleshoot control problems, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams.

Serve as primary HRIS subject matter expert for UKG and other HR systems. Improve and optimize HRIS processes, create reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity and compliance (SOX, I-9/E-Verify), support benefits and payroll integrations, train HR staff, and lead related projects to streamline HR operations.

Perform chemical sampling and manage samples in LIMS, maintain lab equipment and cleanroom protocols, support analytical testing and experiments, prepare media, handle hazardous materials shipping documentation, troubleshoot and calibrate instruments, follow SOPs, and support quality and continuous improvement activities.

Process production samples, operate and maintain analytical instruments, perform moderately complex lab tests per SOPs, record and analyze data, follow QC/QA and cleanroom protocols, support preventative maintenance, and maintain lab safety and cleanliness.

Manage sales compensation plans, design and update payout processes, forecast and control incentive budgets, analyze performance and metrics, collaborate with Sales/Finance/HR/IT, ensure compliance, deliver statements and training, and drive plan effectiveness and retention.

The Director of Digital Transformation Program will lead initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions, providing visibility through project management and execution. This role requires a strong focus on strategic execution, stakeholder communication, and operational improvement within a semiconductor environment.

Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO including calendar and travel management, meeting and event coordination, board materials preparation, executive communications, confidential recordkeeping, and day-to-day administration of the Office of the CEO. Liaise with ELT, Board members, customers, and external stakeholders while improving processes and ensuring seamless execution of executive priorities.
