Requires strong leadership, semiconductor process expertise, cleanroom knowledge, and experience in high-technology manufacturing.

Leads complex engineering projects supporting semiconductor manufacturing, equipment, testing, and systems. Analyzes data and processes, resolves high-impact issues, improves yield, throughput, reliability, safety, sustainability, and cost, and drives NPI, technology transfers, factory ramps, and continuous improvement. Serves as a technical subject-matter expert, approves engineering documentation, supports audits and escalations, collaborates cross-functionally, and mentors less-experienced engineers.

Designs and develops mechanical components and assemblies from concept through production release. Creates CAD models, layouts, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and bills of material while applying GD&T, design-for-manufacturability, cost-conscious design, and performance validation principles. Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve design issues and may coordinate designers and technical staff.

Manages U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance, reporting, tax provisions under ASC 740, non-income tax filings, audits, transfer pricing documentation, and process optimization. Partners with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Legal, IT, external advisors, tax authorities, and auditors. Supports automation, tax data quality improvements, intercompany pricing frameworks, and compliance workflows in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Leads the global SOX compliance program, risk-based internal audits, enterprise risk assessments, and strategic risk advisory initiatives. Manages co-sourced audit providers, evaluates internal controls, oversees remediation, and presents findings to executives and the Audit Committee. The role also supports ERP implementations, digital transformation, operational excellence, enterprise risk management, and audit team development across global manufacturing operations.

Leads sales strategy and revenue growth initiatives across the semiconductor and related equipment sectors. Identifies new business opportunities, develops customer relationships, conducts market analysis, and aligns sales strategies with corporate objectives. Partners with executive leadership, R&D, NPI, and sales teams to inform product development, onboard customers, forecast performance, and transition accounts into high-volume manufacturing.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial agreements while advising business leaders on transactions, risk, regulatory matters, and global operations. Partners with Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR, Product, and Operations; develops legal templates and playbooks; coordinates outside counsel; and monitors relevant legal and industry developments.

Leads sales strategy, pipeline development, business development, pricing, forecasting, and revenue performance for global semiconductor key accounts in the United States. Develops account strategies, proposals, value propositions, and customer relationships while coordinating Operations, Quality, NPI, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams. Drives issue resolution, competitive intelligence, technical review meetings, contract negotiations, and next-generation business opportunities.

Lead development of manufacturing documentation, process workflows, and system builds for semiconductor capital equipment. Coordinate cross-functional teams, train production staff, manage ECOs, support cost estimation and capital planning, resolve quality issues, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, safety, and compliance requirements.

Lead a Customer Solutions team to ensure accurate order processing, resolve escalations, and improve processes. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance. Drive metrics, staffing, training, workload planning, and customer-focused improvements to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and retention.

Senior engineering expert responsible for leading design and implementation of complex, enterprise-impacting solutions. Define standards and architectures, resolve high‑complexity technical issues, mentor engineers, drive technical strategy, and collaborate across functions to align engineering outcomes with business objectives.

Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO including calendar and travel management, meeting and event coordination, board materials preparation, executive communications, confidential recordkeeping, and day-to-day administration of the Office of the CEO.
