Leads Unlearn’s engineering organization across core engineering, applications, ML/AI Ops, infrastructure, and forward deployment. Owns system quality, reliability, compliance, security, execution, hiring, team design, and engineering roadmap delivery. Partners with Product, R&D, Delivery, and company leadership to translate strategy into shipped AI-powered platforms, tools, and services in a regulated environment. Establishes an AI-centric culture and ensures engineering commitments align with business objectives.

Own post-contract biopharmaceutical customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Lead cross-functional delivery teams, align timelines and commitments, identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and report delivery status and resource trade-offs to leadership. Establish project-management cadences, roadmap tracking, and resource-planning practices across customer engagements. Serve as the conduit between commercial and delivery teams while translating sponsor priorities into actionable plans.

Build and scale AI agents, tools, infrastructure, and governance systems supporting digital twin workflows for clinical development. Collaborate with research, development, and delivery scientists to create AI-centric solutions, gather user feedback, drive adoption, communicate capabilities, and monitor advances in AI tooling. The role requires healthcare or clinical machine learning experience, AWS expertise, and demonstrated industry execution of AI projects.
