Own the reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency of production cloud infrastructure supporting AI products. Design AWS architecture and infrastructure as code, manage PostgreSQL and Redis operations, lead incident response, improve observability, optimize cloud spending, and maintain runtime security. The role requires deep distributed-systems debugging, on-call experience, disaster recovery expertise, and strong ownership of uptime and production operations.

The Forward Deployed Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI agent solutions for customers, optimize workflows, and enhance automation capabilities through active client engagement and collaboration with engineering teams.
