Serve as the technical bridge between enterprise customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering. Lead technical discovery, integrations, demos, pilots, security reviews, and production handoffs for voice AI solutions. Build voice agents, prototypes, reusable demos, reference architectures, and documentation using APIs, webhooks, Python, and JavaScript. Translate customer feedback into product roadmap input while educating both technical and executive audiences.

Own the creation, configuration, and lifecycle of Vapi voice agents and the models they use. Drive integrations and agent-callable tools, manage model onboarding/deprecation, define model performance metrics, run experimentation and research, and simplify complex agent configuration to scale reliability and customer outcomes.

The Enterprise Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, engaging C-level buyers, conducting demos, and closing significant agreements while managing a sales pipeline.
