Provide high-trust executive support to the CFO and Head of Talent & People: manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, board and investor logistics, meeting coordination, confidential communications, and operational processes. Drive cross-functional projects, improve workflows, and proactively remove friction to keep Finance and People priorities moving.

Lead and build the end-to-end People function for a high-growth voice AI startup: audit current programs, deliver a 12-month roadmap, launch performance/comp/manager development programs, own HR operations, employee relations, and people metrics while partnering with Talent Acquisition and advising the CEO and executive team.

As a Mid Market Account Executive, you will learn the Vapi stack, conduct demos, and manage multi-stakeholder deals for mid-market companies adopting voice automation.
