Lead the technical side of the sales cycle for Veeva Commercial Basics, including discovery, product demonstrations, technical Q&A, presentations, and demo videos. Connect product functionality to customer outcomes, respond to field requests, support roadmap planning with Product, and host webinars and industry events. The role focuses on helping emerging biotech customers understand the value of Veeva’s pre-configured applications.

Perform functional and automated software testing, create test plans and cases, document bugs and risks, verify release outcomes, and expand regression coverage. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and QA teams in Agile environments, develop product expertise, and mentor junior quality engineers. The role requires software QA, automation, SQL, Unix/Linux log analysis, API testing, and Java or mobile-language coding experience.
