Leads the organization’s cloud financial management strategy, including establishing a FinOps Center of Excellence, improving cost transparency, and optimizing multi-cloud spending. Administers Flexera One and native AWS and Azure cost-management tools, develops allocation dashboards and unit economics reporting, and implements tagging, governance, chargeback, and showback practices. Partners with engineering, infrastructure, finance, and leadership teams on cost-effective architecture, billing anomaly resolution, savings initiatives, and cloud usage policies.

Leads operational delivery, implementation, onboarding, change management, and decommissioning for digital, payment, card processing, and contact center solutions. Directs operational leaders and subject matter experts, defines processes and requirements, manages budgets and resources, supports presales consulting, advises executive clients, and partners across business units to execute strategic initiatives and ensure service quality, client satisfaction, and revenue alignment.

Leads strategic relationships with major card-processing partners, including Fiserv, FIS, Visa, and Mastercard. Manages a team, oversees escalations and critical incidents, monitors SLAs and KPIs, negotiates service improvements, resolves billing and reimbursement issues, and drives process enhancements. Serves as the senior internal and external relationship representative while ensuring partner accountability, operational excellence, and strong support for client financial institutions.
