Lead financial performance for the Contact Center: forecasting, in-period analysis, cost-to-serve modeling, pricing and profitability analysis. Partner cross-functionally to monitor performance, identify risks/opportunities, support business cases, and improve reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.

Work remotely in a contact center to monitor and investigate credit/debit fraud cases using Falcon and other tools, handle inbound/outbound member calls, meet performance targets, and maintain product knowledge and reporting. Participate in training and escalate risks to management.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to investigate and process fraud cases for credit/debit accounts using fraud detection systems. Monitor cases, mitigate losses, meet performance targets, and participate in training while maintaining high service standards and accurate documentation.
