Teams at Wander

Design and ship polished web and mobile product experiences while helping define Wander’s visual language. The role splits time between product design and brand work, including motion, illustration, iconography, campaigns, launch assets, events, and presentations. This hands-on role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Brand, using Figma, prototyping, AI tools, and Vercel to turn concepts into customer-facing experiences.

Lead product design for Wander’s Discovery team, helping hospitality operators reach more travelers through AI-powered tools. Translate complex data and workflows into clear, trustworthy experiences; define product direction; prioritize opportunities using customer evidence; collaborate with Product and Engineering; represent Design; and maintain the design system. The role requires high autonomy as the sole designer on a fast-moving team, with responsibility for shipping polished experiences and influencing product decisions.

Own the month-, quarter-, and year-end close, general ledger, revenue accounting, reconciliations, financial statements, and variance analysis. Oversee AP, AR, payroll entries, payouts, audits, tax compliance, controls, and finance systems. Partner with Product and Engineering on marketplace, SaaS, payment, and pricing accounting. Improve close processes, automate reconciliations with AI, and prepare the company for Series C and future audits.
