Teams at Waterworks

Design Consultant responsible for showroom and outside sales, business development, client relationship management, product consultation, quoting, project coordination, and closing transactions. The role serves architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners while managing a book of business, pursuing new leads, executing marketing activities, tracking pipeline information in CRM tools, and representing the Waterworks brand at industry and showroom events.

Supervises Client Support Specialists across San Francisco and Scottsdale showrooms, balancing workloads, coaching staff, managing onboarding, and resolving escalated client issues. Oversees order management, quotes, payments, returns, freight challenges, tickets, and delivery follow-ups while ensuring productivity, service, and response-time standards. Partners with sales, technical support, client services, freight carriers, and warehouse teams to deliver a high-end client experience.

Manages showroom client orders from pre-order through delivery, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. Supports sales consultants with quotes, order entry, sample requests, payment processing, and issue resolution. Tracks order data, coordinates with internal teams and clients, and assists with showroom operations such as shipments, inventory transfers, and refunds. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.
