Own a portfolio of customer accounts from kickoff through renewal and expansion. Lead onboarding, deployments, multi-stakeholder engagements, and time-to-value outcomes. Forecast renewals, protect recurring revenue, identify expansion opportunities, and drive active usage toward committed spend. Build lightweight tooling and automations to scale customer operations, while sharing product usage insights with the product team.

Lead product for an AI-native B2B SaaS platform: own roadmap, prioritization, launch discipline, discovery, and customer-driven specs. Establish consistent processes, enforce milestones/DRIs, drive weekly customer-visible launches, and partner closely with CEO and engineering to scale product practice.

Own design and evolution of supplier/item/price/document schemas, plan and run migrations/backfills on live customer data, build scalable queues and background jobs, set API and data patterns, implement customer-facing product features, and mentor other engineers. Work closely with customers and leadership and use AI tools in shipping model-driven features.

First sales hire responsible for top-of-funnel prospecting into mid-market food & beverage brands, engaging executives and functional leaders, running discovery calls, qualifying pain, shaping messaging and playbooks, and building repeatable outbound/inbound processes alongside the CEO.

Lead end-to-end feature development across full stack (customer UI, APIs, data models, AI integrations, infrastructure). Scope, build, ship, and iterate; make architectural decisions; raise engineering quality (testing, observability, reviews); work closely with PM/designer/founder; and engage directly with customers to inform product direction.
