Owns end-to-end production of custom merchandise, physical objects, packaging, gifts, and event materials. Responsibilities include sourcing manufacturers and craftspeople, translating creative concepts into production requirements, comparing quotes and prototypes, managing suppliers, budgets, timelines, shipping, customs, and logistics, and ensuring final products meet design standards.

Own White Circle’s content strategy and editorial direction across technical and non-technical channels. Create case studies, customer stories, thought leadership, launch narratives, and educational content about AI safety, evaluation, governance, and reliability. Interview customers and technical stakeholders, support sales and positioning, maintain founder communications, and build scalable content production and distribution processes.

Own day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including US GAAP close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash and burn tracking, financial modeling, investor materials, process improvement, and finance workflow automation.

Design landing pages, visual systems, graphics, illustrations, and brand experiences across White Circle’s website and product. Evolve the company’s visual identity, develop motion and interactive concepts, support launches and campaigns, and collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to ship polished work. The role spans creative concept development, art direction, responsive web design, and detailed execution, with opportunities to explore motion, 3D, generative design, and code-based prototyping.

Own full-cycle recruitment for AI research, ML, data, evaluations, and ML infrastructure roles. Partner with research leadership to define specialized candidate profiles; source passive and active candidates from labs, startups, universities, and open-source communities; evaluate publications, code, models, datasets, and production contributions; design structured hiring processes; deliver exceptional candidate experiences; track recruiting performance; and support cross-functional hiring as business priorities require.

Own the end-to-end hiring function, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing, recruiting operations, process development, metrics, international hiring, and candidate experience. Partner with leadership and hiring managers across GTM, Operations, Research, Product, and Engineering to define hiring priorities, build scalable processes, improve pipeline performance, and support long-term talent strategy.

Provide high-touch executive support: manage calendars, inboxes, and travel; research and book services; perform operational and administrative tasks; organise information and reduce day-to-day friction in a fast-moving, async environment. Bilingual English/French required.
