Provides comprehensive executive and office support to firm Partners, including complex calendar and travel coordination, meeting logistics, correspondence, expense management, contract oversight, and visitor and desk reservation systems. Acts as a trusted liaison for sensitive communications, tracks follow-ups, supports presentations, and identifies administrative efficiencies. The role is hybrid and requires onsite work in San Francisco at least three days per week.

As a Plans Examiner, review building plans for code compliance, coordinate approvals, guide applicants, authorize permits, and advise on regulations.
