XP Power Benefits Overview

Lead cross-functional engineering teams through NPI and product lifecycle to deliver power conversion products. Create and track complex schedules, drive resolution of technical issues, manage risks and milestones, coordinate global builds (including Asia factories), run milestone reviews, provide executive updates and improve program processes to ensure on-time product releases.

Serve as primary customer contact for a strategic semiconductor account: manage quotes, order entry, open orders, returns and consignment/inventory programs using SAP and Salesforce. Coordinate with Field Sales and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Production, Accounting, Shipping) to ensure timely delivery, accurate forecasts, and responsive customer service while prioritizing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
