Supports a strategic semiconductor-industry account by managing customer inquiries, RFQs, orders, returns, quotes, forecasts, and service requests. Partners with field sales and cross-functional teams to support consignment and inventory programs, monitor replenishment needs, maintain customer data, and resolve issues. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Lead cross-functional engineering teams through NPI and product lifecycle to deliver power conversion products. Create and track complex schedules, drive resolution of technical issues, manage risks and milestones, coordinate global builds (including Asia factories), run milestone reviews, provide executive updates and improve program processes to ensure on-time product releases.
