Lead technical execution, architecture, roadmap, and delivery for the Loyalty product. Manage and grow engineering teams, drive design and operational excellence, ensure reliability/observability, coordinate cross-team integrations, and deliver scalable multi-tenant SaaS features integrated with Zeta’s platform and AI capabilities.

Lead definition and delivery of client implementation solutions: gather and document requirements, map business needs to technology, collaborate with architects/developers, manage tickets and documentation, support QA/UAT, and act as SME to ensure successful project execution and client onboarding.

Lead the architecture and development of secure, scalable GenAI platforms, including LLM applications, agentic workflows, RAG systems, evaluation frameworks, observability, multi-tenant infrastructure, security controls, developer APIs, and deployment tooling. Optimize model performance, cost, latency, and reliability while integrating providers and frameworks such as OpenAI, Bedrock, MCP, and LangGraph. Develop software using C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, or Python.
