Leads global Talent Acquisition as a player-coach, personally managing executive and strategic technical or business searches while modernizing recruiting through AI, emerging technology, metrics, and improved processes. Advises C-suite leaders on workforce strategy, develops recruiters, establishes performance standards, strengthens candidate experience, and translates talent-market intelligence across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Provides on-site and remote technical support for macOS and Windows devices, office technology, Zoom Rooms, collaboration hardware, software, and workspace tools. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, hardware preparation, system installation and upgrades, employee onboarding and training, executive support, event and streaming technology support, security posture maintenance, and participation in on-call coverage. The role also collaborates on technology planning, testing, and implementation in a global SaaS environment.

Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, enablement, messaging, metrics, and governance of employee-facing enterprise AI products. Lead discovery, prioritize backlogs, coordinate agile delivery, build self-service AI learning experiences, support agent development, and partner with Security, Legal, Data, HR, and Finance. Drive adoption, safe AI use, employee proficiency, self-service resolution, and measurable business outcomes through pilots, experimentation, training, communications, and responsible AI practices.
