Typical Accountabilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of campaigns or marketing plans, including the creation and refinement of distribution channel solutions, sales strategies, and promotional activities for assigned therapeutic areas or brands.
- Create, review, and improve marketing and promotional materials based on research and business needs.
- Track brand, product, and competitor performance and trends, providing actionable recommendations that inform both day-to-day decisions and long-term strategic direction.
- Develop materials for the sales force to support effective sales effort and educate sales representatives on company and competitor products.
- Coordinate and deliver project work, special studies, and initiatives within own specialist area, meeting quality standards, ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance, and handling risks.
- Build and maintain strong and productive working relationships and effective liaison with internal colleagues and external stakeholders—including agencies, organizer, consultant, supplier and partner organizations—to support the achievement of functional and business goals.
- Contribute to budget planning, resource allocation, and the ongoing tracking of expenditure related to promotional initiatives, supporting transparency and efficiency in line with business priorities and risk controls.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential: Bachelor's Degree; Experience in one or a combination of: pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional or related industry or relevant professional experience.
Desirable: Marketing or branding in pharma/healthcare; Proficiency with data analytics tools.
