Snyk is the leader in secure AI software development, helping millions of developers develop fast and stay secure as AI transforms how software is built. Our AI-native Developer Security Platform integrates seamlessly into development and security workflows, making it easy to find, fix, and prevent vulnerabilities — from code and dependencies to containers and cloud.
Our mission is to empower every developer to innovate securely in the AI era — boosting productivity while reducing business risk. We’re not your average security company - we build Snyk on One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking.
It’s how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world.
About the Team:
You will join the Technical Success team inside Snyk's Customer Experience organization, reporting into Technical Success leadership. The team owns technical outcomes and adoption across our highest-volume customer segment, running scaled programs, workshops, and digital enablement instead of one-to-one coverage. We work shoulder to shoulder with Sales, Support, Product, and Education so that what we learn from customers actually reaches the people who can act on it.
What You’ll Do:
● Own technical success for a large portfolio of customers, running scheduled sessions focused on technical and business outcomes so every account in your book realizes increasing value from Snyk.
● Lead one-to-many engagements including technical workshops, office hours, and best-practice webinars that build a strong and self-sufficient user community.
● Turn data into action by analyzing customer usage to uncover trends, spot risk early, and trigger targeted programmatic outreach before a problem becomes an escalation.
● Drive scalable adoption through programs that get new customers to their first security wins quickly, then keep them progressing toward a mature DevSecOps practice.
● Build a library of success: create and curate tutorials, best-practice guides, and videos that let customers self-serve and succeed independently.
● Act as the voice of your customer portfolio, synthesizing feedback from hundreds of customers into clear themes that influence the product roadmap.
● Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Education to solve common needs at the segment level rather than account by account.
● Coach customers on embedding SAST, SCA, and secrets, container, and IaC scanning into the developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines they already use.
● Help customers think through securing AI-generated code and AI-assisted development, an area where most teams are still writing their playbook and genuinely want a guide.
● Measure what works by tracking engagement and outcome metrics for your programs, then doubling down on the ones that move adoption.
What you’ll bring:
● 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as customer success, solutions engineering, technical account management, or professional services.
● A scalable mindset: proven experience designing and executing one-to-many programs like webinars, email campaigns, digital journeys, or workshops.
● Working knowledge of developer tools (for example GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code) and a real understanding of how code moves from commit to production.
● Understanding of Application Security concepts including SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM, and secrets, container, and IaC scanning.
● DevSecOps acumen: hands-on experience with DevOps tooling and a foundational understanding of the DevSecOps lifecycle.
● Technical curiosity, including a genuine interest in AI, developer workflows, and Application Security, plus working fluency with AI-assisted tools such as Claude or Gemini.
● Effective and influential written and verbal communication, with the range to be credible with developers, security leads, and executive sponsors alike.
● Exceptional organization and time management, with the ability to hold competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
● Nice to have: a builder's background, whether that is time spent as a developer or hands-on work with coding and agentic AI systems..
● Nice to have: hands-on experience with AppSec programs such as threat modeling or vulnerability management, and familiarity with OWASP or NIST frameworks.
● Nice to have: scripting experience or a track record of digital program transformation.
● Nice to have: relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+.
