We Make Remote Work Remarkable • TopTalent from LatAm

Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent PART-TIME UiPath RPA developer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath Studio Desktop

  • Build and maintain automations following UiPath’s Robotic Enterprise Framework (ReFramework) standards

  • Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator assets, queues, and triggers for production processes

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including exception handling and root-cause analysis

  • Participate in code reviews and adhere to established coding/naming conventions

  • Collaborate with business analysts and client stakeholders to translate process documentation (PDDs) into technical solutions

  • Document technical designs and maintain solution design documents (SDDs)

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on UiPath development experience

  • UiPath Certified RPA Developer Professional certification (required)

  • Demonstrated expertise building automations within UiPath ReFramework

  • Proficient in UiPath Studio Desktop (not only Studio Web/StudioX)

  • Working knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator — queue management, assets, robot/machine configuration, scheduling

  • Experience with Document Understanding (OCR, ML-based extraction) or comparable IDP tooling

  • Experience integrating automations via REST API calls

  • Strong understanding of exception handling, retry logic, and business vs. application exception design

  • Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal) for client-facing calls and documentation

It's a plus:

  • Experience with UiPath Action Center / human-in-the-loop workflows

  • SQL and relational database experience (queries, stored procedures)

  • Experience with UiPath Test Suite or automated testing frameworks

  • Prior experience in a consulting/client-services delivery model (vs. internal IT)

  • Familiarity with UiPath Automation Hub or Task Capture

Compensation:

  • The salary range offered for this part-time (20h/w) position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

  • This position is for a part time contract, through a payroll platform.

  • The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.

Here are the steps for this process:
Application review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.

Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume. If it meets the requirements, we will contact you and move forward in the process.

Note for Candidates Approached Directly:
If you were contacted directly by a member of our team and are interested in this opportunity, please do not apply through this link. Instead, reach out to the person who contacted you to coordinate a meeting.
Thank you!

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
